New Home Sales Assistant Job Posting

We are seeking a New Home Sales Assistant for our Grand Rapids New Home Sales Office. The Successful Candidate will posses Exceptional Communication Skills, a High Level of Integrity, a Strong Work Ethic, and Consistent Follow-Up Discipline, and will also be Detail Oriented and Well Organized.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Host open houses at model home and demonstrate floorplans and features
  • Facilitate design appointments with clients at our selections center
  • Organize client files including spec sheets and contracts
  • Assist in staging and prep for model homes
  • Execute social media strategy
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on social media platforms
  • Maintain content on website and affiliate sites
  • Handle follow up calls/emails for sales consultants as needed
  • Other duties as requested by sales consultants or management

Skills:

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • General knowledge of marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Superior customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Proven ability to build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Detail and customer oriented
  • Design background a plus
  • Knowledge of new construction a plus
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Flexible hours required, including some evenings and weekends
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel to communities and job sites within the West Michigan area
